How to electrify your fleet

When Tony Stuart, the highly experienced head of operations support at Hovis, said on stage at the 2024 Decarbonisation Summit that when he wanted to put the first electric vehicles on his 350-strong fleet “he didn’t know where to start” he spoke for the vast majority of HGV operators.
