Stobart has secured a contract extension with Tesco and will continue providing dedicated secondary transport services across the supermarket’s Goole and Doncaster RDCs.
The multi-year contract renewal extends a partnership that spans more than 15 years, during which time both companies have worked together to deliver multimodal transport solutions and cutting-edge distribution centres within FMCG.
Steve Taylor, chief executive of Stobart, said: “This extension is a testament to the strength of our strategic partnership with Tesco and the dedication of our team.
“Our relationship has grown from strength to strength over the years, and we remain focused on delivering exceptional service that drives efficiency and value for our customers.”
Part of the Culina Group of companies, Stobart provides supply chain and transport services to major retailers and e-commerce brands across the UK and Europe.
