Swain Group has rebranded its Express Freight Services business in a move aimed at streamlining its operations.

The new name for the 45-year-old haulier is Swain Container Solutions, reflecting the group’s commitment to aligning its divisions under a single, recognisable brand family and strengthening its position in the rapidly evolving container shipping industry.

Commenting on the rebranding, Swain MD Matthew Deer said: “The renaming of Express Freight Services is not just about a new name, but about unifying our operations under a single, strong brand that represents the values and quality our customers expect. This change marks a significant milestone in our strategy to enhance brand recognition and ensure that our customers can easily connect with the comprehensive services we offer across all our divisions.”

Swain Group has also announced an expansion of its operational footprint. In addition to its established depots at London Gateway, Felixstowe, and Tilbury, it is set to significantly enhance its presence in the South East and along the south coast with a new depot in Southampton, scheduled to go live next month.
