The shortlist for Logistics UK’s rising star of the year has been published, with the eventual winner announced at an awards reception in December.
The Logistics Awards return for their ninth year and will be held at the Park Plaza Hotel overlooking the River Thames in London.

The following individuals have been shortlisted:
· Beth Baxter, Swain Container Solutions
· Brooklyn Hoban-Langley, Tarmac Cement
· Callum Gutteridge, Metro
· Diana Yatskiv, GXO
· Elliott Lancaster, Omnes Global/Keele University
· Hollie Strange, DHL Supply Chain
· Rory Sneddon, Metro
· Sophie Mitchell, Howard Tenens Logistics
· Stephen Twiselton, XPO Logistics
Logistics UK’s acting chief executive and director of policy Kevin Green said: “The entries for our 2025 rising star of the year award demonstrate the up-and-coming talent within our sector, with individuals from across the industry demonstrating their high standards and commitment to delivering for customers.
“I know that our board is going to have a very tough challenge in deciding on the eventual winner, and everyone shortlisted should be incredibly proud of their achievement in making it this far.”
The awards evening on 11 December includes a champagne reception and three course meal, with entertainment and dancing to celebrate the achievements of the industry.
