Prometeon is celebrating after being named Tyre Manufacturer of the Year at the 2025 National Tyre Distributors Association (NTDA) awards.
The award recognised Prometeon’s exceptional progress, innovation, and commitment to sustainability since entering the UK market in 2018.
Prometeon established itself as a major force in the commercial tyre sector, gaining double digit market share of the UK truck tyre sector and partnering with some of the country’s most respected fleet and transport operators.

In addition to its win at the event in Milton Keynes, Prometeon was also shortlisted for the Environmental & Sustainable Solution of the Year Award – recognition for its progress on sustainability.
The company has achieved a 35.8% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, a 98% waste recovery rate and a clear path to net-zero by 2040.
