Zenith Trailer Rentals has appointed Chris Hanley as sales director – key accounts, as it reported strong fleet performance and demand from customers.
Its rental fleet currently comprises more than 6,400 trailers, a 5.8% year-on-year fleet growth and it has placed an order for 600 new trailers to further strengthen availability and choice for customers.
Hanley has 25 years’ experience in the commercial vehicle leasing and rental sector, and joins Zenith from Scania, where he led the company’s global rental division.
Prior to that, he was head of rental at Ryder UK and led the business through a period of growth before its exit from the market.
He said: “Zenith Trailer Rentals has built an excellent reputation for delivering flexible, customer-focused solutions backed by a high-quality fleet and industry-leading expertise. I’m delighted to be joining the business at such an exciting time.
Zenith MD Josh Abbott said Hanley’s experience would be invaluable as it grows the business and makes further investments.
