Jan Kohlmeier will assume the role of MD of MAN Truck & Bus UK from 1 August 2025. Kohlmeier is currently the MD of MAN Truck & Bus in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, a position he’s held since 2020.
Kohlmeier first joined MAN Truck & Bus in 2004 and has since worked in aftersales, sales and product management. His skills have been applied in various different parts of the world across Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific. He will take over from Stefan Thyssen who has been MD for the UK since 2021. Similarly, Thyssen has spent his career working in various positions at MAN since joining the company in 2007.

Jan’s broad experience within MAN comprehensively demonstrates his deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market and we all wish him well in the future.
