ML Hughes calls on MV Commercial for new Scania tippers

ML Hughes Plant Hire said truck supplier MV Commercial had done “an excellent job” after it provided the Bangor-based firm with two refurbished Scania tipper grabs.

The plant equipment provider said the vehicles looked brand new and were now being put to work on its civil construction engineering side of the business, as well as contract work.

“After taking delivery of one Scania, we wanted to get a second to match,” explained ML Hughes’ director Kenny Hughes.

“MV was able to quickly deliver another great-looking tipper grab, ensuring that we can continue to meet the growing needs of our customers.

“We didn’t want to buy new from any company due to the longer wait times. Sourcing these refurbed trucks from MV Commercial was the perfect solution.”

Steve Cairns, MV Commercial MD, added: “We are seeing massive demand for our refurbished trucks, with a large on-site stock available from all major manufacturers. They can all be adapted to meet a wide range of customers’ requirements.”
