Warwickshire-based MAK Couriers was named company of the year at Transport Exchange Group's thirteenth annual Transport Awards.
The group welcomed more than 300 industry professionals to the the ceremony, held last week at the St Johns Hotel, Solihull, where it recognised the achievements of its 3,500 member haulier and courier businesses.
Other winners included Amrik Bains, who was named owner driver of the year, and eCity Couriers UK, which took home the new member of the year award. Simpex Express won the European member of the year award.
