Renault Trucks has launched an immersive, 3D interactive town showcasing real-world decarbonised transport solutions in operation across Europe.

The Good City is an online platform reflecting the increasing electrification of transport and immersing users in an urban ecosystem where all operations are carried out in 100% electric vehicles.

The truck maker said that through video reports filmed at professional sites, The Good City provided an illustration of electric mobility in daily operations.

“Beyond demonstrating the operational reality of electromobility, these real-world experiences offer a glimpse into the city of tomorrow - where the widespread adoption of battery-electric technology, while ensuring the essential supply of goods and waste collection, will promote better coexistence between vehicles and city dwellers,” Renault Trucks said.

The Good City has been designed as a fully interactive city and offers two levels of exploration.

The first is industry segments, such as urban logistics, regional distribution, road maintenance and green spaces; the second breaks each segment down into use cases – video reports revealing how the manufacturer’s electric vehicles are integrated into daily operations.
