Logistics UK is launching a new service, in partnership with management and technology consultacy BearingPoint, which gives members easy access to CO2 emissions data for legislative compliance, internal reporting and target tracking.
The Emissions Reporting for Transport service is available to all Logistics UK members and is designed to support their journey to net zero and regulatory compliance, while meeting their customers’ sustainability requirements. The service uses BearingPoint’s carbon management solution to provides CO2 emission data.
Launching the service this week, Logistics UK said that the Emissions Reporting for Transport service provides information on CO2 emissions data in an easily accesible format, which is particularly useful where smaller suppliers lack capacity or resources to be able to supply this information.
