All-electric parcel firm Hived has launched a new service for SMEs, which it claimed stripped out complexity and replaced the need to go through multiple delivery providers.

It said Hived One simplified the delivery process for the millions of SMEs operating in this country, allowing them to save time, improve customer experience and scale with confidence.

Hived said growing businesses had been underserved by legacy incumbents in the delivery sector and it could provide the physical infrastructure to collect all of an SME’s UK orders in one go and the digital platform to track all their UK parcels in one place.
