Don-Bur has completed the building of 33 bespoke rigid box bodies for Holland & Barrett, with each vehicle personally linked to a staff member at the health and wellbeing firm.
The 18-tonne box bodies comprise 31 rigid bodies mounted on the latest generation Scania P280 high roof sleeper cabs and two fitted to Mercedes Atego models.
Each one is linked to a nominated Holland & Barrett employee, recognising either their hard work or special achievements.
They will have the option to have their own name or a nominated name, such as that of a family member, displayed on the sides of the truck cab.
Don-Bur said the vehicles feature heavy-duty specifications, including colour impregnated GRP panels, reinforced Anchorfix and powder-coated aluminium extrusions.
Each vehicle is equipped with a 1,500kg Dhollandia retractable tail-lift, which includes dual controls on both sides at the rear to accommodate high street loading.
It marks the fourth time that Holland & Barrett has chosen Don-Bur for their fleet renewal programme
Steve Lovett, national accounts manager at Don-Bur, said: “We’re incredibly proud to have Holland & Barrett return to us for their fleet renewal, especially with such a unique and personalised aspect to the project.
“The decision to link each vehicle to a specific team member reflects Holland & Barrett’s commitment to their staff and adds a special touch to this fleet.
“Moreover, the seven-year interval since their last fleet renewal is a testament to the durability and quality of the vehicles we provide.”
