D&D Transport lands contract with Trouw Nutrition GB

Palletways member D&D Transport has been recruited by Trouw Nutrition GB to handle deliveries of animal and pet feed across the country.

D&D Transport, which is based at Langley Mill in Nottingham, expects to transport a minimum of three full trailer loads or 75,000 tonnes per day.

Kieran Stephenson, transport and logistics manager at Trouw Nutrition, said: “We awarded the business to D&D Transport because they showed a genuine desire to build a long-term partnership with us.

“In addition, the tools they have access to, particularly Palletways’ IT capabilities, was truly impressive.

“As we grow our customer base it’s important to have a reliable pallet distributor who can keep up with our growing demand, something we know D&D Transport will be able to do.”
