Southern Cranes and Access has introduced Webfleet software and MANTIS Live cameras across its 91-strong fleet of heavy trucks, cranes and vans for efficiency and productivity improvements.
The Sussex-based crane hire and powered access specialist said the fully connected vehicle camera system had provided greater asset visibility and security, with cranes often out on site for weeks at a time.
It has also seen a reduction in vehicle downtime and administration as a result of fitting Webfleet Tachoshare, which allows the remote download from HGVs.
