The search is on for the UK’s coolest cab, with lorry drivers encouraged to share their amazing interiors and favourite cab features for the chance to snap up a prize bundle worth over £200.

Driver Hire Training is offering the winner two days of Driver CPC training, worth £80, a £100 Costa Coffee gift card and a goody bag complete with water bottle, charging cable and more.

Driver Hire said truckers wanting to enter its competition can visit either its Facebook, Instagram or X (formerly Twitter) pages to upload a photo of their cab.

“HGV drivers spend so much time in their cabs, both day and night, so it’s essential they are functional and comfortable,” said Richard Owen-Hughes, Driver Hire group marketing director.

“It’s no surprise many choose to accessorise their cabs with home comforts, to suit their own personalities and on-the-road needs.

“We love seeing how creative drivers get with their truck designs. Whether they’re savvy space savers or living a life of luxury, this competition is the perfect way to celebrate those who go the extra mile to make the cab their own.

“We’re excited to see the different ways drivers have designed their cabs, no matter how big or small the changes have been!”

The Driver Hire coolest cabs competition runs until midnight on the 20 June 2024.
