Two person delivery specialist ArrowXL has launched a major new deal with German appliance giant Miele ahead of schedule.

The contract will see ArrowXL deliver 2,500 deliveries of Miele white goods each month across the UK.

ArrowXL said this week it had landed the contract after impressing Miele with its 25 years of experience in delivering domestic appliances, its strong customer service ethos and its added value service which allows customers to nominate their delivery day and have their appliance unpacked, positioned and connected, with old appliances disconnected, removed and recycled.

Under the contract, customer orders will be collected from Miele’s Abingdon distribution centre for direct and delivered to customers via local depots. ArrowXL will also provide customers access to its askAXL tracking web-app so they can track their orders and have full visibility of their purchase as it works its way through the ArrowXL system.
