Change of address - how do I do this?

Please select the ‘Address Change’ option from the My Account navigation bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services.

From receipt of your address change instructions, it can take up to 21 days before copies are delivered to the new address. We update our records within 2 days, however the magazine mailing labels are printed 7 days in advance of the cover date.

Renew - how to action this

Please select the "Renew’ option from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Alternatively, you can contact Customer Services.

Delivery - who do I contact if my issue does not arrive?

Please contact Customer Services. We will try to replace any missed issue if notified within three months.

Delivery Times

Motor Transport is printed and distributed on a Friday prior to the Monday cover date. The delivery times are based on the distribution network for individual countries. For example, subscribers in the UK will normally receive their copy on either the Monday cover date or the following day.

First issue - when will I receive it?

New orders are processed within 2 days and magazine mailing labels are printed 7 days in advance of the cover date. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your first issue. See Delivery Times.

Payment Requests - why do I continue to receive renewal advice / invoices for a bill I have paid?

Motor Transport subscription files are maintained through a computerised system, managed by a dedicated team. However, due to the long lead time required to process large numbers of orders and payments, you may receive an additional invoice after you have already sent your payment. If so please ignore this invoice, but if you receive a subsequent request for payment please contact Customer Service. We will correct the situation promptly.
