Ely-based Malco Freight has become the latest haulage company to join the United Pallet Network (UPN), covering CB and SG postcodes.
Malco MD Alison Jeffrey said: “Joining UPN marks a significant milestone in our company’s journey.
“As a family owned business, we pride ourselves on offering a personal, customer-focused service. Being part of UPN allows us to strengthen our range of efficient, reliable, and sustainable freight solutions.
“At Malco Freight, we are deeply committed to offering greener pallet distribution solutions, and our partnership with UPN perfectly aligns with that mission.”
David Brown, UPN MD, said: “We are delighted to welcome Malco Freight to our network. Their strong reputation, extensive experience, and commitment to customer service make them a perfect fit for UPN and will enhance our service capabilities in the CB and SG postcode areas.”
In April, UPN became the first pallet network to achieve full carbon neutral certification for all UK-wide deliveries.
Through collaboration with Carbon Neutral Britain, UPN ensures all palletised freight handled by its members across its network is certified carbon-neutral.
Malco Freight caters to a diverse range of industries, handling specialised freight such as time-sensitive live products, high-value goods, and container loads from major UK ports.
