ReFuels N.V., a supplier of renewable biomethane (Bio-CNG) for HGVs, has started construction on a new refueling station in Livingston, West Lothian, Scotland. The public access station will operate under the CNG Fuels brand and is located between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
