Crewe logistics facility gets multi-million pound investment

Known as ‘Crewe 335’ and located less than a mile from the A500 and close to the M6, the development will feature a contemporary logistics space that meets the practical demands of prospective tenants, including an eaves height of 15 metres, dock level access loading bays, outdoor yard area and separate car parking.

Crewe 335 will be built to BREEAM Excellent standards and aims to achieve an EPC “A” rating.

Armin Senoner, Hillwood director, said: “This transaction signifies the initiation of a strategic alliance with Cain, as we aim to enhance our debt capital markets presence throughout the UK and other European markets.”

Cain International said the investment marked its commitment to sustainable projects and that it would bolster economic growth in the region.
