NC Cammack & Son leaves Fortec for Palletforce

NC Cammack & Son has left Fortec to join rival network Palletforce. The family business, bought by Kinaxia Logistics in 2013, will take over coverage of the Colchester area from fellow member Simarco. Amazon to open third fulfilment centre in the North West

Amazon is to open its third fulfilment centre in the North West, with a new facility set to go live in Bolton next year. The online retailer said it’s continuing its UK expansion to meet increasing customer demand, offer a wider product selection and allow SMEs selling on its marketplace to grow their businesses. Murrays Pallet Logistics in administration

Carlisle-based Murrays Pallet Logistics has entered administration. The company was a member of pallet network Palletways, but according to a spokesman the pallet service will continue because a network member has stepped in to handle the postcode. “The Palletways network services previously provided by Murrays will be picked-up by Beaches Logistics.
