Family-run business The Dash Group has appointed Brian Fisher as its group commercial manager.
He has over 25 years’ experience as a senior commercial sales leader across multiple industries, working with organisations such as BT, Yell, Wildanet and Numatic International.
The South West firm said Fisher would take the lead in managing The Dash Group’s sales and customer service teams.
It said the hire was particularly key to the new pallet business under its logistics arm, Dash Logistix.
The company joined the Palletways UK network earlier this year and recruited 15 new staff to support the expansion.
Fisher said: “I’m thrilled to be joining the team at such an exciting time. The logistics sector is evolving rapidly and there is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen our commercial offering while continuing to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect.

The Dash Group operates distribution hubs in Exeter, Redruth and Plymouth.
