THG Fulfil, a provider of automation-driven courier management solutions has partnered with cosmetic firm Dr Wolff Group to act as merchant of record (MOR) on its Shopify sites in the UK and US.

THG will take commercial accountability for payment processing, tax collection and remittance, pricing, promotions, refund management and billing.

It said this MoR capability, delivered alongside fulfilment on a single integrated platform, addressed a gap in the market: the ability for global brands to sell direct-to-consumer across borders without absorbing the full commercial and regulatory complexity in-house.

THG Fulfil’s distribution centres in both the UK and US handle inbounding, storage, pick and pack, returns processing and Amazon kitting for Dr. Wolff’s inventory.
