Bradville

Yusen Logistics has begun operations from its new site in Bradville, Milton Keynes.

The facility stores and distributes both white and brown goods, providing additional customer space requirements for Brexit and peak activities to support the business growth of its existing customers.

White Goods and consumer electronics require specific types of space, the company said, with a good mix between racked and non-racked footprint.

The site is a recently refurbished single-story warehouse with enclosed yard and refurbished offices and provides approximately 90,000sq ft of space.

The move will increase space availability in the "Golden Triangle" and utilises the skills and knowledge of Yusen's existing teams already based in Milton Keynes.

It follows the opening of a new shared-user warehousing and distribution facility in Wolverton, Milton Keynes in March and is part of the company’s five-year drive to expand its UK presence.

Dubbed Transform 2025, the strategy aims to see the company double in size over the next five years.
