Palletforce has won a RoSPA Gold Award for health and safety in the workplace, for the 14th consecutive year.
The company said that its unrivalled reputation for achieving the highest standards meant it was also awarded a fourth RoSPA President’s Award following its record-breaking streak.
The RoSPA Health and Safety Awards is the largest occupational health and safety awards programme in the UK, recognising organisations’ commitment to continuous improvement in the prevention of accidents and ill health at work.
It scrutinises entrants’ health and safety management systems, including leadership and workforce involvement.

Palletforce said its latest achievement was as a result of its ongoing implementation of the latest health and safety procedures, along with investment in welfare facilities and collaboration with its 120 member transport businesses.
Palletforce health and safety manager Beverley Knight said: “This is a fantastic achievement.
“Accidents at work and work-related ill health not only cause major disruptions to business processes, but the effect on quality of life to the individual cannot be understated.
“Our staff work diligently to carry on the safety standards that have seen us gain a gold award for 14 consecutive years.”
