Grimsby operator Transafe Logistics has entered administration after notifying the courts of its intention last month.

Records showed it appointed insolvency experts Richard Bloomfield and Neil Money at FRP Advisory Trading on 7 April.

The haulage operator has an operator licence authorising it to run 58 lorries out of a Stallingborough, Grimsby address and 18 out of a Doncaster base.

An additional licence in the North West traffic area allows it to operate seven vehicles out of Swadlincote operating centre.

Its last set of accounts showed it employed in the region of 60 employees.

Administrators at FRP Advisory were unable to respond as we went to press.
