TIP Trailer Services has restructured its UK and Ireland management team with the promotion of UK commercial director Mike Furnival to MD.
Karl Davies, TIP’s European marketing director, has also returned to the UK and Ireland division as commercial director.
TIP said the changes are designed to facilitate the company’s planned growth across Europe.
Bob Fast, CEO at TIP Europe, said, “As a sign of our continued commitment to deliver a world-class service, we are pleased to announce that we are implementing a new regional management structure to bring our business closer to its customers. Each of our five business regions in Europe will be headed by a regional managing director.”
He added that a number of other key structural changes will also take place to support the new regional management teams.
Furnival (pictured, left) has more than 27 years' experience in the CV and trailer market and has been TIP’s commercial director for the past eight years prior to his promotion. Davies has more than 21 years' expertise in the sector and has also been with TIP for eight years, latterly based out of TIP’s European head office.
