Materials supply, bulk haulage and tipper hire specialist Ashville Aggregates and Concrete Limited and its sister company Ashville Commercials Limited have fallen into administration.

Joint administrators Dane O’Hara and Alex Cadwallader of Leonard Curtis have been appointed to oversee the administration of both companies.

The administrators were sent in by Ashville’s main funder Cynergy Business Finance.

The FORS Gold company has operating licences for a fleet of around 40 trucks and four trailers, consisting of tippers, grab lorries and artics. It employed over 45 staff.

According to its most recent accounts for the year to March 31 2024, the company’s fixed assets were valued at around £123,500 and current assets at £3.6m, with net assets totalling approximately £60,000.

The company, which was launched in 2016, has its headquarters on the Link Park trading estate in West Drayton, close to Heathrow Airport, from where it supplied construction sites across London and the South East.

A request for comment from the administrators has yet to recieve a reply.
