Knowles Logistics said its passion for rewarding hard work and nurturing staff development was helping it to invest in the future, with two staff members recently celebrating career successes.
The Fenland company’s HGV driver Jess Simmons achieved her Class 1 licence and she thanked the haulier for making it possible.
“Having worked as a transport planner within the business I’ve gained valuable insight into the operational side of logistics which has strengthened my understanding of the industry as a whole,” she said.
“The experience inspired me to progress into a driving role and I’m extremely grateful to Knowles for investing in my development and supporting my career progression.
“I’m excited to apply my skills and knowledge in this new role and continue contributing to the company’s ongoing growth.”

Carl Watkin is also celebrating after achieving his NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.
