Knowles Logistics has achieved BRCGSAA accreditation across all four of its UK sites, strengthening its capability to handle products across some of the most regulated sectors, including food and retail.

The company said achieving the status across its entire network represented a major milestone, ensuring consistency and assurance for customers.

The announcement came as Knowles accelerates its environmental commitments and aims to achieve net zero in warehousing by 2030 and in its entire operation by 2045.

Over 300,000 kWh of solar energy is currently being generated annually across the estate and all sites are powered by 100% renewable electricity. Rainwater harvesting systems and circular waste initiatives are also in place.

“By securing this top-tier accreditation across our network and continuing to invest heavily in our ESG strategy, we at Knowles Logistics demonstrates its readiness to meet the demands of the supply chains of the future – those that require world-class compliance, environmental leadership and quality service.”
