The RHA has been recognised as one of the UK’s best employers by achieving recognition in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work.

The list identifies the very best employers in the UK, based on survey feedback from employees.

The criteria is based on a number of key areas including workplace culture, leadership, employee engagement and wellbeing.

The list recognises companies that create a happier and more fulfilling working environment for all, by fostering engagement from their teams and yielding great performance in return.

The RHA has made the list in the medium sized organisation category.
