Tony Stapleton has been named in the newly created role of head of fleet sales at Continental Tyre Group.
He takes on responsibility for all fleet business across the UK and Ireland at the business, which was created by the merger of Continental and Bandvulc's businesses.
Stapleton will lead, implement, develop and manage sales and operational strategies to grow fleet business results for both theConti360° and Bandvulc Plus+ platforms across all group brands and channels, the company said.

He began his career with National Tyres, before moving to Bandvulc Tyres. Following Continental’s acquisition of Bandvulc in July 2016, Stapleton played a key role in the integration of the businesses.
