Commercial director Phil West will now expand his responsibilities to oversee all sales and RTM activity, as well as operations, marketing and customer service.
Vaculug said he had over 42 years of industry experience and brought a wealth of knowledge and leadership that made him “exceptionally suited” to the role.
Craig Rudkin has been appointed as sales director and he will lead the sales and national accounts team.
Rudkin has been with Vaculug for over 33 years and originally started in its factory. The company said his extensive experience within the company and dedication to its success had prepared him to excel in his new role.
Jason Humphries has been promoted to IT and logistics director. With more than 20 years of experience across logistics, operations and IT, Humphries was instrumental in implementing strategic initiatives since joining Vaculug in 2001.
It said his leadership would play a critical role in strengthening its IT infrastructure and logistical capabilities.
