Close Brothers Motor Finance is helping dealers sell to customers online during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company has enhanced its Showroom platform to allow dealers to email vehicle quotes directly to their customers after discussing the vehicle and finance options.

Customers can access the quotes and a calculator tool can be used to adjust the proposed terms including the duration, deposit and mileage.

The feature, available to all dealers who use Showroom, allows customers wanting to apply for finance to complete an online proposal form and send it directly to the dealer, making the process more efficient.

The Showroom platform works in tandem with the dealer’s website, helping customers choose a vehicle and the finance option most suited to them.

Close Brothers said more than 6,000 dealers who already use Showroom can benefit from the enhanced features.
