Carlton Forest Group has appointed Alex Matthias as its new partner and chief development officer, joining CEO Mark Pepper and chief operating officer Diane Ward.
The family-owned 3PL and 4PL said Matthias brought years of director-level experience across disciplines including sales, business growth, policy, engineering, and energy.
He joined Carlton Forest Group two years ago and was involved in the growth of its renewables division and its continuous pyrolysis project for end-of-life tyres.

Carlton Forest Group is based in Worksop and operates across logistics, renewable energy and property.
