The administrator attempting to salvage Prolog said it is in discussions with more than 70 interested parties to try and agree a sale of the Nottinghamshire warehouse and distribution firm.
Mazars was appointed to the company, now in administration, on 26 November following the withdrawal of financial support by a group company.
At the time of its appointment the administrators said there had been significant interest from potential buyers and a spokesman told MT this week that the number was over 70, showing interest “both in its entirety and in its constituent parts”.

He said it hoped to achieve a going concern sale of Promotional Logistics, which trades as Prolog, in the next few weeks and added: “In the meantime, the staff are being paid as normal and there’s no disruption for the clients - which is incredibly important, especially in the run-up to Christmas.
“The administrators are keen to emphasise their gratitude for the support from both customers and staff – it’s a difficult and uncertain time but everybody has pulled together.”
Prolog has O-licences authorising 16 HGVs out of its Sherwood distribution park depot, plus another seven from a site in Sudbury, Suffolk.
