Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) has struck a deal with wholesaler Palmer and Harvey to take over some of its direct service delivery operations. The drinks manufacturer revealed plans to axe its direct-to-store delivery operations earlier this year as it looked to improve efficiency.
