ArrowXL has won a contract with Naturewall, the largest slatwall manufacturer in the UK, to deliver thousands of wall panels across the country every month.

Under the terms of the deal, ArrowXL will be responsible for delivering Naturewall’s wall panels directly to UK homes.

Customers will be kept informed with personalised communication, including emails, SMS updates and they will have access to the ‘askAXL’ tracking web app, providing real-time order status.

Naturewall will have full visibility of all delivery activity via the ArrowXL Sugar CRM system, providing them with metrics such as delivery times, fulfilment rates, and customer satisfaction levels.

Philip Brown, MD at Naturewall, said: “We were looking for a reliable two-person delivery service that would provide us with competitive rates and more importantly consistent service levels.

“We’ve worked with delivery partners in the past who have failed to meet our expectations but Arrow’s commitment to service excellence has been evident since the contract mobilisation.”
