Two-person home delivery specialist ArrowXL has extended its contract with mattress provider Hypnia to store and deliver hundreds of mattresses a month to customers nationwide.
Originally selected for final-mile delivery, ArrowXL will now be responsible for both warehousing Hypnia’s products at their Worcester depot, and delivering them to homes across the UK.
ArrowXL’s two-person delivery service includes nominated day, mattress recycling, and room-of-choice delivery. Hypnia’s customers will also be kept informed throughout the delivery journey with personalised communication via SMS and email, and have access to the askAXL tracking web app providing real-time order status.
By consolidating their storage and delivery services with ArrowXL, Hypnia will reduce its supply chain and have a single point of contact and full visibility of all delivery activity via the Sugar CRM system, which provides key logistics metrics such as delivery times, fulfilment rates, and customer satisfaction levels.
