Vertellus, the OEM-backed contract hire provider, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Gemma Honor as customer experience manager.
Honor brings over 18 years of experience in the automotive sector, having held a variety of roles spanning dealerships, fleet sales and service support, customer finance and accounts, giving her a broad customer experience.
She joins from Renault Trucks UK, where she played a key part in the fleet sales support team that achieved the highest number of orders from a single customer in one year, which Honor said was a proud highlight of her career.
Her appointment marks the creation of a brand-new role at Vertellus, designed to strengthen the company’s customer-first focus and strengthen its Contract Hire with a Difference proposition.
As customer experience manager, Honor will act as a dedicated point of contact for both local and national customers, joining the dots between Vertellus’ central team, its national dealer network, and customers to ensure a connected, consistent and genuine experience.
Honor commented: “Having spent my career in the automotive world, I’ve seen first-hand how powerful a joined-up, customer-first approach can be.
