LEFT

Innovate UK have commissioned the Low Carbon Vehicle Partnership (LowCVP) to support dissemination of the findings from the Low Emission Freight and Logistics Trial (LEFT) programme. The objectives are to engage with the LEFT project teams and develop a collaborative public dissemination process highlighting the key findings, successes, and learnings from the LEFT programme.

LowCVP is running two public webinars to share the results of both the independent emissions tests and of the projects’ own in-service trials.

The first webinar covering long haul and gaseous fuel projects will be held between 1pm and 3pm on Wednesday 22 July and the second, looking at urban delivery and electrification projects, will be at the same time on Wednesday 29 July.

These free webinars will present the LEFT results and the beneficial outcomes and learning points to inform the market, input to any future trial success and develop a consensus on LEFT outcomes to inform the current government review of transport decarbonisation.

After both webinars, LowCVP will be using the material presented to compile a public-facing summary report of the whole LEFT programme for publication in September 2020.
