Contract packing services provider IPS is celebrating its 10-year anniversary since joining the Culina group.

Since its acquisition in 2014, the Stobart stablemate has grown exponentially and now operates from 28 sites across the UK, including IPS facilities and co-pack operations integrated within the Culina network.

Culina said its expansion had been instrumental in positioning IPS as the leader in the co-packing industry, with 300 advanced packing lines that handle a range of services including bagging, cartoning, pouches, flow-wrapping, tube filling and shippers.

Andrew Dawson, IPS chief executive, said: “Reflecting on the past decade, it’s incredible to see how far IPS has come.

“From a single site in Yorkshire to becoming the sector market leader with 3,000 colleagues at peak, our journey has been nothing short of remarkable.

“Our success is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire team.

“In 2024, IPS is set to surpass the ambitious £100 million revenue target that I set just three years ago,” he added.

“Our ongoing investment and growth initiatives are driving unprecedented success, and we are poised to continue this momentum well into the future.”
