ID Logistics UK has acquired a 673,270 sq ft site in Rugby, Warwickshire as part of a plans to expand the company’s UK footprint and give it greater geographic reach.
The facility will operate as a high‑performance ecommerce fulfilment centre, supporting a major global customer in the online retail sector.
The site, which is one of the largest within the ID Logistics UK network, is currently being prepared for launch in August.
It will feature advanced automation capability, sustainable building design, and optimised operational flows to support high speed, high accuracy ecommerce fulfilment.
The company is preparing to recruit for operational, engineering, and support roles ahead of the site’s launch.
This latest acquisition follows a period of sustained growth for ID Logistics UK, which the company said reflects growing customer demand and its commitment to long term investment in the UK market.
