Tech freight firm DigiHaul has launched a range of products to help small and mid-sized carriers access services that address cash flow, fuel prices and fleet shortages.
Its DigiHaul Ecosystem is available to carrier partners and it said it provided operators with the resources they need to get through this turbulent period.
One of the products gives firms the option to have invoices paid in 24 hours, which it said could save them between 3.5% and 4% versus traditional financing.
Another, Fuel Hedging, is intended to give carriers the ability to fix their fuel prices and its back-office support product helps reduce reliance on paper-based POD systems and boost efficiencies.
Martin Willmor, DigiHaul chief executive, said: “At DigiHaul, we are committed to helping smaller carriers access the same market opportunities as larger operations, which has driven our decision to create the DigiHaul Ecosystem suite of products.
“Carriers are facing challenges across the board from driver shortages to increasing costs, it’s vital that the industry finds ways to support them.
