TIP Group has launched a used truck sales division at a new site in Warrington.
The latest addition to its portfolio of services, TIP Used offers used trucks to both trade and retail customers and vehicles will be promoted via the TIP Used website, as well as on Truck Locator and Auto Trader.
TIP said its stock profile of vehicles is between three and six years’ old and included a range of DAF, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz HGVs, plus LCVs from a variety of manufacturers.

It said it expected to sell more than 400 vehicles a year from the site, which is approximately 15 miles from Manchester Airport and has parking for up to 50 vehicles.
Russell Leach, TIP’s newly appointed remarketing manager for trucks, said: “TIP de-fleets up to 500 vehicles a year, all of which have been rigorously maintained throughout their usage, and we are pleased to be able to offer these to UK buyers.”
Last month, TIP Group said it would launch an academy this autumn that would train candidates to become TIP certified trailer mechanics in nine months.
