Ryder has overhauled its used commercial vehicle service with new benefits including complimentary DAF vouchers, free delivery and a money-back guarantee.
The £350 after-sales support vouchers can be used in full or part payment for DAF parts when work is conducted across DAF’s 155-strong dealer network, with Ryder also providing free delivery and five-day money-back guarantee for its certified or verified used vehicles.
Ryder said its 90-point vehicle inspection, including MOT, as well as engine, battery and brake tests would also give customers peace of mind when purchasing used vehicles.
Jon Dickinson, Ryder asset disposal manager, said: “Every Ryder used approved vehicle undergoes a full road test as part of our 90-point inspection to ensure it’s in the best condition possible when a customer takes possession.
“Our enhanced after-sales support and new money-back guarantee are all testament to the faith we have in the first-class service Ryder used approved provides to customers.”
The company has also reengineered its user approved website, including a gold, silver and bronze colour-coded classification for vehicles to indicate their condition.
