Cullimore Group MD Moreton Cullimore has followed in his father’s footsteps after being appointed the new chair of the RHA. TfL has today (4 October) revealed its Out-of-Hours Consortium, as well as officially announcing new out-of-hours delivery trials will be up and running in London within months.
