Ipswich-based Green and Skinner (Haulage) has closed down, with the loss of 43 jobs.
The company, which specialised in container transport and was acquired by the James Dolan Group in 2016, is expected to appoint FRP as joint liquidators in the next few days.
The closure of the 60-year-old business follows the appointment of FRP as liquidators of another James Dolan subsidiary, Dooley Rumble Group, on 6 November.
Also headquartered in Ipswich, Dooley Rumble provided distribution, warehousing and freight forwarding services to clients across the UK.
FRP said Dooley Rumble had faced significant financial pressures and attempts to restructure the company through a CVA earlier this year were unsuccessful, which ultimately led it to enter liquidation.

FRP added that all 23 employees were made redundant on 18 October, prior to its appointment.
Licensing records showed that Green and Skinner held a standard international licence for 56 HGVs and 20 trailers shared equally between two operating centres in Ipswich.
Dooley Rumble Group had a standard national licence for 25 HGVs and 20 trailers out of a base in Great Blakenham, Suffolk.
James Dolan Group was approached for comment.
