Thames ‘superhub’ plans revealed for former Coryton refinery

Thames Enterprise Park has submitted an outline planning application to Thurrock council to create a 5 million sq ft ‘superhub’ on the site of the former Coryton Oil Refinery. The park, a joint venture between logistics developer iSec and biofuels specialist Greenery, is adjacent to London Gateway Port and is intended to create 4,500 jobs.
